DD Smoked Sausage Corndogs

Ingredients

• 3# DD Cajun Smoked Sausage
• Pancake Mix
• Creole Mustard
• Wooden Skewers

Prepare pancake mix according to directions on package. Cut the DD Smoke Sausage into 5 inch sections, then slice once longways. Push wooden skewers through sections of sausage, dip in pancake batter mix and go straight into peanut oil that’s at 350 degrees until golden brown. Use creole mustard as dipping sauce and enjoy.
